I analyzed the main sections of the Banco Estado app looking for improvements in its flow and interface, based on the criteria of the Nielsen Heuristics and usability aspects, below I present the problems detected and their possible solutions.
Possible solution Standardize the Call to action in main, secondary and optional button, using the same typography and dimensions, but varying in 3 colors depending on its functionality.
Possible solution Create pagination so that the user can locate himself within the Notifications. The left arrow is removed on page 1 as it is of no use.
Possible solution Implement the Select and Delete buttons to be able to empty all the notifications accumulated in all the categories.
Possible solution Make the pop-up have both filters visible.
